1. What is your absolute favorite animal of all time? Why?

2. Why can’t all animals live in the same environment or habitat?

3. Scientists are trying to find substances that can break down the toxins in cyanobacteria to control the situation and help save African elephants. If toxins existed in our ocean what steps would you take to solve this problem?

TEACH

Students will be able to justify the big idea “relationships can be harmful or helpful,” specifically the relationship between organisms and their environment by examining written and multimedia sources to create a one-pager.
